Silverton Model takes Gold in National Association of Home Builders' Nationals
Each year the National Association of Home Builders' convention hosts
The Nationals which honors new-home sales and marketing homebuilders, developers, associates, and consultants. This year, the Silverton Model at Beacon Point in Aurora, Colorado won The Nationals Gold Award for Best Single-Family Home ($400,000 to $650,000) in the country. This is quite an honor for our Colorado office!

Collier Building Industry Association Sand Dollar Awards
The Sand Dollar Awards recognize the best in interior design, product design, landscaping, marketing, remodeling and architecture. This year, The Reserve at Estero won for it's Talavera model in the "Product Design of the Year, Single Family Home from $701k to $900k" category. The Biella at Firano at Naples won an award for "Best Merchandising." Congratulations to our Orlando office for their excellent work!

Greater San Antonio Builders Association Summit Awards
The Reserve at the Dominion's Monfort model won for Home Design in the $400,000 plus category at the annual Summit Awards. The Summit Awards recognize the best in San Antionio's building industry. Awards are given in a variety of categories including: top home designs, sales and construction personnel, interior design and marketing. Congratulations to our Texas office, this is their second award this year.

National Association of Home Builders Awards
Regency at Dominion Valley's Oakhill model in the Greenbrier Collection won the Gold Award for Attached Unit Design at this year's NABH awards. The NABH awards were for the 50+ Housing Market and awarded in Denver at the Building for Boomers and Beyond Symposium.

Two models from the Dallas office have won at this year's McSAM Awards!
Awards for "Best Architectural Design" went to the Rafael model in the Townhome category and the Monteleon model in the Single Family Home category. For more information visit the McSAM award site.

Pinnacle Awards!
Four models have been honored with "Home of the Year" at this year's Pinnacle Awards. In the Single Family Category, the Henley Provincial at The Estates at Hilltown and the Norwich Federal at Regency at Providence were awarded. The Lyndon at The Villages at Buckingham and the Maplewood at Newtown Station received "Home of the Year" honors in Multi-Family Home Categories. Florida Regional Office Expands
The Florida regional office moves to the new Toll Brothers, Inc. Florida Division headquarters in Orlando. These headquarters will provide Toll Architecture Florida with the facilities that complement their growing team and provide greater interaction with other Toll Brothers departments.

Naval Square won the 2005 Awards for Excellence in the Mid-Atlantic Apartment & Condominium Industry for Best Adaptive Reuse Condominium Project in the Philadelphia Metro Area - 2005.
